Rabbit shooting

Out rabbit shooting last night with a few local farmers.  Testing out the Evanix GTL480 semi auto and the Sniper Carbine as alternatives to their Gamo Fusion rifles (Somewhat of a price difference). It's surprising how many are moving away from noisy shotguns now that air rifle technology is so good.

Joe posing in the barn.
A couple of decent sized rabbits in the bag for tomorrow's stew!

Using a Nitesite viper to spot the bunnies. Everyone is really impressed with the Nitesite setup.

A few incidents whilst out.... A cat decided to follow us around, we are sure she scared off a lot of quarry. Lucky we can tell the difference between her and a rabbit with the night vision setup.

Resting your gun on a post that has an electric fence attached is never a good thing; it seems my rifle will conduct enough to zap me!!!

Finally.....
Ash thinks he is some sort of 1930's gangster!

Not exactly a Tommy gun!
This is a 'barn' find and we couldn't resist getting a few Al Capone gangster photos.
